Pteah Baitong
Starting as a subsidiary of the French NGO Entrepreneurs Du Monde in 2015, Pteah Baitong initially offered solar home systems. It later shifted to solar-powered pumps but struggled with profitability and nearly closed. In 2022, SOGO Energy Pte. Ltd partnered with Entrepreneurs Du Monde and pivoted Pteah Baitong’s operations to offer solar-powered “Irrigation as a Service“ (IaaS). |
